Currently leading on an exciting B2B2C energy project, covering value pool determination, defining requirements, user stories and MVP scope across solar, community batteries and energy management systems. Negotiating across the full value chain (partners, government and regulators) to align stakeholders across partners to define the commercial terms of the arrangement.
For a privately listed re-commerce business:
Currently operating as CPO, developing a strategic product roadmap to shift revenues from transactional to recurring with strategic proposition development in line with their organisational objectives and adjacent to the core business. Supported the recent subscription product proposition with commercial and customer experience inputs, and contributed to the business first deal with Apple.

For an award winning Australian utility business:
Designed a 3 year product framework, incorporating proposition development and customer testing approach and all viability and feasibility studies to align with a broader retail strategy change. This included implementing a new prototyping program to validate & iterate all proposed propositions with channels, and customers to drive internal resource allocation and proposition sequencing and prioritisation.​ This project was a finalist for a 2023 Research Society awards in the technology and innovation category
For an NYSE listed credit bureau:
Reviewed the customer experience, service design and key customer interaction design and drafting recommended improvements to a fraud prevention portfolio to streamline customer onboarding timelines. Implemented a product re-organisation, reviewing roles and responsibilities to improve efficiency and coordinated development of a strategic planning process and documents for presentation back to US Headquarters
For a ASX gaming and entertainment business:
Set up and developed requirements verification process for a corporate demerger program, with a focus on translating business requirements to technical specification. Developed a comprehensive change management process and project plan including project finance across all technology streams of the deme
For a financial services business:
Strengthened alignment to strategic end state by performing strategic assessments of a credit score / lead generation B2C portfolio, drafting recommendations of alignment to end-state strategy for a credit agency including a deep dive P&L / finance review.
